Features

This side provides two type of document now:

• godoc, godoc like https://pkg.go.dev/k8s.io/kubernetes
• API Reference, API reference like https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/generated/kubernetes-api/v1.23/

There are some issue with generic type in godoc with go 1.18 generic type. I am going to fix it.
